About the role

Being the Product Design Manager for the Plan team is a very exciting position. With millions of daily active users, our design work has a big impact on our users and our business The Plan team has recently undergone a larger collaborative rethinking of their value proposition and strategy, and is now shifting into executing on that new vision Work with a great team of designers on one of the foundational parts of our product Own the non-developer adoption strategy by designing experiences that reduce cognitive load for product managers, project managers, and executives Lead cross-stage initiatives that leverage GitLab's integrated platform advantage Execute against measurable outcomes, including CSAT improvements, Plan adoption increases, and revenue growth Identifying and creating opportunities of growth for your designers Drive systematic UX debt resolution across Work Items, boards, filtering, and collaboration features Helping your team with understanding and implementing UX processes
