Role Description:
As the Manager, Special Projects at GIST Impact, you will play a pivotal role in driving the organization's sales and marketing initiatives while directly supporting the CEO in strategic research and project execution. You will work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to optimize sales processes, manage leads effectively, and create impactful sales collateral. Additionally, you will provide high-level support to the CEO by managing research projects, developing content, and contributing to initiatives that align with organizational priorities.
Objectives of the Role
- Enhance Sales Enablement Practices: Implement best practices across CRM management, lead generation, marketing automation, and sales funnel optimization.
- Support the CEO in Strategic Projects: Conduct research, provide content development support, and assist in executing high-priority initiatives.
- Equip the Sales Team with High-Impact Collateral: Develop compelling sales materials that advance deals in the pipeline and align with market trends.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Enablement and Optimization:
- Analyze and improve marketing campaigns for growth and efficiency.
- Create dashboards to optimize sales funnels and ensure smooth lead transitions.
- Implement best practices in lead management and user journey design.
- Manage CRM tools like Pipedrive for accurate lead tracking.
- Assess and enhance sales enablement assets for better impact.
Sales Team Collaboration
- Leverage tools like Hubspot and Pipedrive to streamline sales processes.
- Manage lead categorization, prioritization, and follow-ups to boost conversions.
- Mentor the sales team on processes, tools, and collateral for consistency.
Strategic Support to the CEO
- Conduct in-depth research on niche topics like NGO impact assessments.
- Support CEO-led initiatives with insights and structured content.
- Collaborate with teams to align content with organizational goals.
Sales Collateral Development
- Create case studies, videos, fact sheets, and custom sales assets.
- Update and refine materials to align with client insights and market trends.
Required Skills and Experience
- Exceptional written and verbal communication with strong business English skills.
- Proficiency in designing PowerPoint presentations and client-ready documents.
- Expertise with tools like Hubspot Marketing Hub and Pipedrive.
- Data-driven, analytical mindset for decision-making and improvement.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and effective in fast-paced environments.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Collaborative team player with outstanding interpersonal skills.
- 3-5 years in B2B sales/marketing, preferably in sustainability or data analytics.
- Proven sales enablement expertise and familiarity with start-up environments.
