About The Role

As our People Partner, you'll play an amazing & pivotal role in pushing the boundaries on our people agenda. You’ll continue to shape our company culture, obsessing about talent growth, and driving organizational effectiveness and impact. You'll collaborate closely with our cross-functional teams and leaders to champion our people and our values, nurture a diverse and inclusive workplace, and ensure that our people strategies align and bring to life our business objectives.

What You'll Do

  • Partner with leadership to develop and execute people strategies that support our growth trajectory and foster a dynamic, high-performing and talent obsessed culture.
  • Drive and partner with the People Team on the full employee lifecycle from talent acquisition to offboarding, ensuring a seamless and extraordinary experience for all team members.
  • Be involved in talent acquisition efforts by sourcing best in class talent, driving exceptional candidate experience, and implementing agile and focused recruitment strategies.
  • Develop and implement performance management processes that empower employees to achieve their full potential and contribute to our success.
  • Provide guidance and support to managers on employee relations issues, HR policy, conflict resolution, and performance improvement plans.
  • Design and deliver learning and development programs to cultivate a culture of continuous learning and skill development.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and what’s hot in HR, proactively recommending improvements and innovative solutions.

Who Are You

  • 8+ years experience in HR ideally within a people facing role
  • Talent obsessed.
  • Data driven.
  • Natural flair for building exceptional and trust relationships at all levels.
  • Excitement to work in a fast paced, entrepreneurial and ever evolving environment.
