Role Description
We are seeking a GIS Team Lead - Navigation for a full-time on-site role at our Panji, Goa Office. The GIS Team Lead will oversee a team responsible for the development, maintenance, and upgrade of Maps navigation systems. The role entails leading the design and execution of GIS processes, managing troubleshooting efforts, optimizing workflows, and ensuring accuracy in navigation data delivery. This position also requires coordinating with cross-functional teams to support system integration and project goals.
Qualifications
- Strong Analytical Skills to interpret data, identify patterns, and solve complex GIS-related problems.
- Proficiency in System Administration and Troubleshooting to maintain and resolve issues within GIS and navigation systems.
- Expertise in Systems Engineering to design, develop, and integrate GIS-based solutions and workflows.
- Proven Team Leadership skills to manage, mentor, and guide team members for optimal performance.
- Ability to collaborate across teams and effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience in navigation systems, and spatial data analysis is highly preferred.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Geographic Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
