Job Title: GIS Solution Architect

Years of Experience: 10 to 12+ Years

Notice Period: Immediate Joiners

Location: Pan India

Skill Level: Expert – Senior technical leader with extensive experience in driving Enterprise GIS modernization and upgrade initiatives.

Core ESRI Skills:

• Strong expertise in ArcGIS Enterprise architecture and administration, including Portal, Server, Data Store, Web Adaptors, and License Manager
• Proven experience in planning and executing Enterprise GIS upgrades (10.x → 11.x)
• Hands-on experience with ArcGIS Pro migration strategy, planning, and governance
• In-depth knowledge of security architecture, including federation, authentication mechanisms, SSL, and access control
• Experience in system monitoring, performance tuning, and ensuring operational readiness

Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end technical delivery of Enterprise GIS modernization and upgrade programs
• Define target architecture, upgrade roadmap, sequencing, and environment strategy
• Provide technical leadership across installation, configuration, migration, testing, and production deployment
• Review and validate architecture designs, migration strategies, and deployment readiness
• Proactively identify and mitigate technical risks, dependencies, and integration challenges
• Collaborate with infrastructure, database, application, and operations teams for seamless execution
• Ensure compliance with organizational governance, security, and quality standards
• Support stabilization, hypercare, and transition to steady-state operations
