Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Girls Hostel Warden located in the Alwar district. The Girls Hostel Warden will be responsible for ensuring the safety and well-being of all hostel residents, managing day-to-day hostel operations, supervising hostel staff, maintaining cleanliness and discipline, and addressing any issues faced by the residents. The role requires monitoring activities in accordance with hostel rules, ensuring a safe and comfortable living environment, and maintaining records of residents and facilities.
Qualifications
- Strong organizational and management skills to oversee hostel operations and maintain discipline
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to interact with residents and staff
- Ability to handle emergencies and ensure the safety and security of residents
- A nurturing and approachable personality to address residents' concerns and create a supportive environment
- Basic knowledge of record-keeping and administrative tasks
- Previous experience in hostel management or similar roles is an advantage
- Flexibility to reside on-site and be available for the residents as required
