Data Scientist

We are looking for a highly analytical and results-driven Data Scientist to join our growing team. In this role, you will leverage data science techniques to extract insights, build predictive models, and drive data-driven decision-making across our organization. Your expertise in machine learning, statistical analysis, and big data processing will play a critical role in shaping our data strategy. Responsibilities: • Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets to uncover actionable insights. • Develop and implement machine learning models to solve business challenges. • Design and conduct experiments to optimize processes and improve decision-making. • Work closely with cross-functional teams to integrate data-driven solutions into business operations. • Build and maintain data pipelines for efficient model training and deployment. • Communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders through reports and visualizations. • Stay up to date with industry trends and emerging technologies in data science and AI. Qualifications: • Proven experience as a Data Scientist or in a similar analytical role. • Strong proficiency in Python, R, SQL, and data science libraries such as Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-Learn, TensorFlow, or PyTorch. • Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, Matplotlib, Seaborn). • Solid understanding of statistical analysis, A/B testing, and predictive modeling. • Familiarity with big data technologies (Hadoop, Spark) and cloud platforms (AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure) is a plus. • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex findings in a clear manner. • A degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field is preferred.
