Program Manager – Office of the CEO

As Program Manager – Office of the CEO (PMO), you will act as a strategic advisor, execution partner, and force multiplier—driving clarity, accountability, and momentum across the Ginesys leadership team. You'll sit at the nerve center of decision-making *Gurgaon), helping translate our cloud-first vision into cross-functional action as we professionalize, scale, and prepare for public markets. This is not a traditional administrative role. It's a high-leverage opportunity for someone who thrives in ambiguity, excels at influence without authority, and can seamlessly switch between boardroom strategy and executional rigor. What You Will Do 1. CEO Enablement & Strategic Planning Partner closely with the CEO on strategic initiatives, board prep, investor discussions, and high-stakes decision-making. Drive quarterly OKRs, annual planning cycles, and CEO office priorities with laser focus on outcomes 2. Execution & Cross-functional Alignment Convert strategy into action by facilitating planning, tracking, and follow-ups across C-level and departmental leaders. Run operating cadences—weekly reviews, QBRs, KPI dashboards, and business health check-ins. Identify bottlenecks and proactively fix execution drifts across high-priority projects. 3. Leadership Communication & Culture Craft executive-level communication for internal townhalls, investor updates, and strategic announcements. Act as a culture custodian—driving rituals, leadership behaviors, and change management as Ginesys transitions to a new-age SaaS business. Coordinate key initiatives like IPO-readiness, OKR alignment, and GTM transformation with functional leaders. 4. Special Projects & Strategic Ops Run mission-critical special projects (e.g., cloud migration program office). Lead the strategic calendar—tracking board meetings, business reviews and external stakeholder engagements. Own internal reporting frameworks and ensure data-driven decision-making across the leadership team.
