Roles and Responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries via ticketing system, calls, etc.
Troubleshoot and resolve reported bugs/incidents.
Provide feedback to customers and collaborate with internal teams (R&D, Product, CSM).
Escalate issues to higher support levels when necessary.
Learn the Driivz product inside out for efficient issue resolution.
Maintain a professional and positive approach towards clients.
Required Skills:
Proficiency in English (Professional working level).
Experience in Linux OS administration.
Knowledge of Cloud-based services (AWS, GCP).
Strong SQL knowledge and experience.
Experience in supporting remote devices (network access, device setup, etc.).
Ability to reproduce customer issues and lead debugging sessions.
Hands-on experience with monitoring tools (DataDog, Kibana, Prometheus, etc.).
Experience working with offshore teams (Min. 2 years).
Preferred Skills:
Experience with Zendesk Ticketing System.
Familiarity with electric vehicle charging ecosystem products.
