Senior Data Engineer

Gigamon is looking for a Senior Data Engineer to join our team! In this role, you will be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining the data infrastructure that powers our business. This includes building and optimizing data pipelines, designing data models, and ensuring the reliability and scalability of our data systems. You will work closely with our data science and analytics teams to deliver insights that drive business decisions. Qualifications: - 5+ years of experience as a data engineer or similar role - Strong experience with data warehousing, ETL, and data pipeline design - Proficiency in SQL, Python, and cloud-based data platforms (e.g. Snowflake, BigQuery, Redshift) - Experience with distributed data processing frameworks like Spark or Flink - Knowledge of data engineering best practices and tooling - Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills - Excellent communication and collaboration skills
