About The Role

Our team is revolutionizing enterprise customer support by deploying AI agents that resolve over millions of customer support tickets monthly via voice and chat. Industry leaders like Postman and Zepto (YC’s fastest-growing company) trust our AI to navigate complex, real-world conversations with clarity, accuracy, and scalability. With multi-year contracts secured and strong investor backing from YC President, Garry Tan, Nexus Venture Partners, and other top investors, we’re scaling fast to meet skyrocketing demands across numerous verticals.

What You’ll Do

• Learn - we find this imperative and have seasoned leadership that will provide the tools and opportunity to shape your career from this role.
• Conduct outreach to potential customers through various channels. We have seen the highest conversion rates with cold calls and lead our campaigns with calling, if you don’t like calling this is likely not the best fit. We also do some unique and intelligent things on the email/social sequencing side.
• Qualify leads and schedule appointments for Account Executives
• Research accounts, identify key players, and generate interest in our products and services
• Achieve monthly quotas of qualified opportunities and scheduled meetings
  
  

You May Be a Good Fit If You

• Have 1-2 years of experience in sales, customer services or a related field
• Played sports in high school, college or both and are team oriented
• Strong communication skills
• Motivation
• Enjoy building relationships
• Seek continuous self improvement
  
  

Even Better If You

• Are proficient with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Hubspot etc..)
• Are genuinely passionate about AI
• Have experience with tech or maybe even worked for a tech startup prior
• Stay upbeat, understanding that each no is one closer to a yes
