As a fast-growing D2C wellness brand, we are now building a dedicated Corporate & Strategic Gifting vertical focused on premium gifting solutions for corporates, startups, HR teams, employee engagement programs, festive gifting, PR gifting, client appreciation, wellness hampers, and curated experiences.
We are looking for an entrepreneurial and commercially driven Gifting Manager who can build and scale this business vertical from the ground up.
Role Overview
The Gifting Manager will lead the development and growth of SEREKO’s Corporate Gifting business across India. This role requires a strong blend of business development, strategic partnerships, key account management, vendor management, and premium gifting curation.
The ideal candidate should have prior experience in corporate gifting, luxury gifting, employee engagement gifting, festive gifting, premium hampers, or B2B brand partnerships, and should be capable of independently building revenue pipelines, acquiring clients, curating gifting solutions, and driving repeat business.
This is a high-ownership role for someone who thrives in a startup environment and enjoys building new business categories from scratch.
Key Responsibilities
- Build & Scale the Corporate Gifting Vertical
- Develop and execute the overall strategy for SEREKO’s corporate gifting business.
- Identify high-potential segments including:
- Corporates & enterprises
- Startups & tech companies
- HR & employee engagement teams
- Luxury & premium brands
- Events & conferences
- Wedding & occasion gifting
- Influencer & PR gifting
- Create scalable gifting programs and recurring business opportunities.
- Business Development & Revenue Growth
- Generate leads and build a strong B2B sales pipeline.
- Drive end-to-end sales cycles from prospecting to closure.
- Build relationships with CHROs,Admin Heads, Procurement Teams, Founders, Marketing Teams, and Event Agencies.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.
- Identify strategic partnerships and channel opportunities.
- Client Relationship Management
- Serve as the primary point of contact for corporate gifting clients.
- Understand client objectives, budgets, timelines, and recipient profiles.
- Deliver personalized gifting solutions and premium customer experiences.
- Build long-term relationships to drive repeat orders and account growth.
- Gifting Strategy, Curation& Product Development
- Curate premium gifting hampers ,wellness kits, festive boxes, and customized experiences aligned with brand positioning.
- Collaborate with internal teams on packaging, personalization, branding inserts, and campaign concepts.
- Develop innovative gifting themes for occasions such as:
- Diwali gifting
- Employee onboarding kits
- Women’s Day
- Client appreciation gifts
- Wellness campaigns
- Leadership gifting
- Stay updated on gifting, wellness, luxury, and consumer trends.
- Vendor & Operations Management
- Identify and manage external vendors, packaging partners, printers, and sourcing partners.
- Negotiate commercials, timelines, and quality standards.
- Ensure smooth execution from order confirmation to dispatch and delivery.
- Coordinate with logistics and operations teams for timely fulfillment.
- Commercial Planning & Profitability
- Manage pricing, margins, budgets, and profitability across gifting projects.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and customized presentations.
- Ensure cost optimization without compromising customer experience or brand quality.
- Reporting & Analytics
- Track sales performance, conversion rates, repeat business, and campaign ROI.
- Maintain CRM and business development trackers.
- Provide regular business updates and strategic recommendations to leadership.
Ideal Candidate Profile
We are looking for someone who:
- Has strong experience in corporate gifting, premium gifting, luxury retail, B2B sales, experiential gifting, employee engagement, or strategic partnerships.
- Has an existing network of corporate HR/admin/procurement/event agency contacts.
- Understands premium consumer brands and brand-led gifting experiences.
- Is entrepreneurial, resourceful, and comfortable building processes from scratch.
- Has strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills.
- Is highly organized and execution-oriented.
- Can thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.
Qualifications & Experience
- 4–8+ years of relevant experience in:
- Corporate gifting
- B2B sales
- Key account management
- Premium/luxury gifting
- Employee engagement solutions
- Brand partnerships
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields.
- Candidates from premium institutes and high-growth consumer brands will be preferred.
