</div><div>Position Overview<br><br>
</div><div>We are seeking a compassionate, dependable, and motivated <strong>Male Community Support Professional (CSP)</strong> to provide individualized support to an adult participant in the Collegeville, PA area. This role focuses on promoting independence, enhancing social skills, and encouraging meaningful community involvement in a positive and supportive environment.<br><br>
</div><div>Responsibilities<br><br>
</div><ul>
<li>Support the individual with community participation and recreational activities<br><br>
</li>
<li>Encourage independence in daily living and decision-making<br><br>
</li>
<li>Assist with building and improving social and communication skills<br><br>
</li>
<li>Provide companionship and mentorship in community settings<br><br>
</li>
<li>Help develop confidence and positive routines<br><br>
</li>
<li>Maintain professional communication with families and team members<br><br>
</li>
<li>Document services and progress as required<br><br>
</li>
</ul><div>Qualifications<br><br>
</div><ul>
<li>
<strong>Male</strong> applicant preferred to meet participant support needs<br><br>
</li>
<li>
<strong>Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license required</strong><br><br>
</li>
<li>Strong interpersonal and communication skills<br><br>
</li>
<li>Patient, dependable, and compassionate personality<br><br>
</li>
<li>Experience working with individuals with intellectual or developmental disabilities preferred, but not required<br><br>
</li>
<li>Ability to work independently and maintain professionalism<br><br>
</li>
<li>Background clearances will be required<br><br>
</li>

<li>Day, evening, and weekend availability may be discussed based on participant needs<br><br>
