Role OverviewWe are looking for a Gift Experience Manager who can understand client requirements, conceptualize unique gifting ideas, and present well-crafted solutions.
This role combines creativity, client communication, and execution — ideal for someone who enjoys turning ideas into memorable experiences.
Key Responsibilities- Understand client requirements (budget, occasion, audience, theme)
- Develop creative gifting concepts and unique ideas
- Curate and shortlist products/vendors for each gifting solution
- Create presentations / proposals for clients (visual + written)
- Coordinate with vendors and internal teams for execution
- Ensure timely delivery and high-quality experience
- Stay updated with trending products, packaging, and gifting ideas
- Suggest upsells and premium options to clients
Who You Are- Strong sense of creativity and aesthetics
- Good communication & presentation skills
- Ability to understand client needs and translate them into ideas
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Comfortable working with vendors and managing timelines
- Prior experience in gifting, events, eCommerce, or client servicing is a plus
