Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and organize employee records (both physical and digital)
- Ensure proper filing and documentation of employee records
- Ensure adherence to HR policies and processes
- Update and maintain employee data in HRIS regularly
- Ensure timely reporting and data accuracy
- Coordinate with internal departments for documentation and employee data
