About the Role
We are looking for someone who has used LinkedIn content to drive real business outcomes and can prove it. You will own Scale.jobs' LinkedIn presence end-to-end. Strategy, writing, publishing, and performance. You are accountable for growth and leads, not just impressions.
Key Responsibilities
- Build the founder's LinkedIn voice alongside the brand page
- Own the LinkedIn content strategy and execution completely
- Build and manage a content calendar that drives reach, engagement, and inbound leads
- Write posts that build trust and move people to take action
- Track performance, what worked, what didn't, and iterate fast
- Repurpose client stories, product updates, and data into LinkedIn content
- Experiment with formats, carousels, text posts, polls, video scripts
- Align content with product launches and marketing campaigns
Must-Have Qualifications
- Proven track record of growing a LinkedIn page or personal brand that drove actual business outcomes, leads, signups, or revenue. Proof is mandatory.
- Strong understanding of LinkedIn's algorithm, content formats, and organic reach
- Data-driven, you track numbers, form hypotheses, and act on them
- Can own a content calendar without being chased
- Degree completed, mandatory
Nice-to-Have Skills
- Experience writing for a startup, SaaS, or career-tech brand
- Familiarity with tools like Taplio, Shield Analytics, or Notion
- Experience ghostwriting for a founder's LinkedIn
- Understanding of the US job market or career space
What Success Looks Like
- LinkedIn follower growth month-on-month
- 5-6 posts per week consistently driving measurable engagement
- Inbound leads or signups directly attributed to LinkedIn content
- Scale.jobs becoming a recognisable LinkedIn brand in the career-tech space
