<div>We are looking for an <strong>experienced, ambitious software developer</strong> who wants more than just writing code in isolation. This is an <strong>in‑office role</strong>. We are <strong>not</strong> hiring remote contractors or virtual-only developers. </div><div><strong>What You’ll Do</strong></div><ul>
<li>Build, maintain, and improve internal business systems using the <strong>Microsoft ecosystem</strong>
</li>
<li>Work extensively with <strong>Dataverse / Dynamics</strong>, Power Apps, Power Automate, and Microsoft 365</li>
<li>Design, fix, and optimize workflows that support real operational use</li>
<li>Develop and refine <strong>Copilot Studio agents</strong> and AI‑assisted processes</li>
<li>Use AI tools (Copilot, Claude, etc.) confidently to speed up development and problem‑solving</li>
<li>Work directly in the office with users to understand pain points and improve systems</li>
<li>Proactively recommend smarter, cleaner, more scalable solutions</li>
</ul><div><strong>Must‑Have Requirements (Non‑Negotiable)</strong></div><ul>
<li>
<strong>Microsoft Certified</strong> (Power Platform / Dynamics / Azure / M365 related)</li>
<li>Strong experience with <strong>Dataverse & Dynamics</strong>
</li>
<li>Deep familiarity with <strong>Microsoft 365</strong>
</li>
<li>Experience with <strong>Copilot Studio</strong> and AI‑augmented workflows</li>
<li>
<strong>AI‑confident</strong> (Copilot, Claude, or similar tools used in real work—not just theory)</li>
<li>Able and willing to work <strong>full‑time in office</strong> (this is not a remote role)</li>
<li>Strong problem‑solving mindset and ability to work independently</li>
