About the role

Responsibilities: - Work closely with the AI/ML engineering team to understand the technical capabilities of our AI/ML products and solutions. - Identify and onboard new strategic partners (ISVs, MSPs, VARs, etc.) that can resell and/or integrate our AI/ML solutions. - Work with the partner to build go-to-market plans, marketing collateral, and sales tools to drive pipeline and sales. - Own the full partner lifecycle including prospecting, qualification, contracting, enablement, co-selling, and renewal. - Develop sales and technical enablement programs to drive partner success and performance. - Coordinate with cross-functional teams (sales, marketing, product, customer success) to ensure a seamless partner experience. - Establish metrics and KPIs to measure partner performance and the overall partner program. - Travel as needed to meet with partners and prospects. Requirements: - 5+ years of experience in partner/channel sales, business development, or alliance management. - Strong technical acumen and understanding of AI/ML technologies and solutions. - Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. - Proven track record of building and scaling successful partner programs. - Experience with CRM tools like Salesforce to manage the partner pipeline. - Willingness to travel up to 30% of the time.
