Position: Technical Writer | Experience: 3-5 years
 

Requirements:

  • Experience: 3-8 years of technical writing for a technical audience.
  • Technical Writing Skills: Expertise in user-oriented product documentation and online guides.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience (Language/Literature/English is a plus).
  • User-Centric: Passionate about understanding products from a user perspective.
  • Detail-Oriented: Skilled in creating clear, structured guides with clean visuals.
  • Innovative: Enjoys experimenting with new content creation methods (e.g., videos, in-app guides).
  • Communication: Excellent collaboration and writing skills with a focus on clarity and quality.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Product Mastery: Gain hands-on experience with our products to create intuitive user guides and online help resources.
  • Configuration Guides: Develop comprehensive resources for onboarding and product setup.
  • Troubleshooting: Create detailed troubleshooting documentation for support teams.
  • Innovative Content: Design engaging formats like short videos, FAQs, and inline help.
  • Release Notes: Deliver timely and accurate product update notes.
  • Collaboration: Work with product managers, SMEs, and engineers for content creation.
  • Content Review: Ensure consistency in validation messages, announcements, and menus.
  • Documentation Planning: Schedule updates aligned with product releases.
  • Best Practices: Establish standards and identify tools to enhance content quality.
  • Training Materials: Assist in creating training content and related documentation.
