Key Responsibilities:
● Workflow Analysis: Collaborate with various teams to understand their day-to-day activities and
identify inefficiencies or manual, repetitive tasks.
● Solution Design: Design, develop, and implement tech tools or systems to optimize internal
processes (e.g., replacing manual Excel workflows with automated solutions).
● Tool Development: Build and maintain internal dashboards, ticketing systems, and other custom
tools using platforms like Appsmith or similar frameworks.
● Monitoring & Iteration: Continuously monitor the performance of implemented tools and
gather feedback to enhance functionality.
● Training & Support: Provide training and support to teams to ensure the successful adoption of
tools and best practices.
Qualifications:
● Proven experience in building and maintaining internal tools, dashboards, or automation
solutions.
● Proficiency in low-code platforms (e.g., Appsmith, Retool), scripting languages (e.g., Python,
JavaScript), or database management (e.g., SQL).
● Strong communication skills to collaborate with non-technical teams and present solutions
effectively.
● Experience in building Fullstack applications
● Work exp:4+ years(Early to Mid Manager level)
