About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Create and maintain high-quality software documentation for technical users.
- Own documentation projects from planning to publication.
- Work closely with Engineering, QA, Product, and other stakeholders.
- Validate documentation through technical reviews.
- Continuously improve documentation quality and user experience.
- Troubleshoot documentation workflows and resolve process issues.
Required Skills & Experience
- 5+ years of experience in technical writing for software products.
- Experience creating developer-focused documentation.
- Strong understanding of structured documentation and CCMS platforms.
- Hands-on experience with Markdown (MD/MDX) and Docs-as-Code workflows.
- Git command-line experience.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication.
- Ability to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
Good to Have
- Experience with relational databases, analytics, or data warehousing.
- Exposure to AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- API documentation experience.
- Knowledge of MadCap Flare.
- Experience using Confluence and Jira.
- Programming knowledge in any language.
