We’re Hiring: Senior Product Designer (NYSE-Listed Company, Bengaluru)
Candidates from B2B companies are highly preferred.
Experience Range: 4–8 years

Key Responsibilities
1. Drive Product Alignment
- Serve as the design lead within a Trio team (Product, Engineering, and Design)
- Shape the product to align with business goals and user needs.
2. Deliver High-Quality Designs
- Independently craft and deliver exceptional designs with efficiency.
- Facilitate design reviews and present your work to stakeholders at various project stages.
- Collaborate with developers to ensure accurate implementation, offering support throughout the process.
3. Conduct User Research
- Plan and execute research through interviews, surveys, usability tests, and competitive analysis.
- Analyze and synthesize research insights to guide design decisions and validate concepts.
- Advocate for a user-first approach in every decision.
4. Drive Continuous Improvement and Innovation
- Identify opportunities to enhance user experiences and tackle challenging design problems with innovative solutions.
- Stay updated on design trends, tools, and technologies.
- Maintain high design standards and contribute to a positive team culture.
- Mentor and support junior UX team members through guidance and feedback.
5. Develop Design Systems and Documentation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create reusable components, patterns, and guidelines for organizational benefit.
- Promote the adoption of the design system, conduct audits, and refine components based on feedback and best practices.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in UX Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or a related field.
- 4+ years of experience as a Product Designer (experience in startups or with complex products is a plus).
- Strong problem-solving skills and expertise in user-centered design methods.
- Proficiency in design tools, especially Figma.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and collaboration skills.
- Experience working in Agile and fast-paced environments.
- Ability to lead and mentor junior UX professionals.
