Fullstack Engineer (AI ML Integration) -GTG - BLR

Responsibilities:

• Develop new AI-powered features aligned with the product roadmap while adhering to coding standards.
• Develop and implement APIs and services to integrate AI models into existing content and sales workflows.
• Build user interfaces for AI-powered features, such as content recommendation engines, personalized advertising, and automated content generation.
• Proactively identify and implement solutions to technical challenges, with a focus on optimizing AI performance and scalability.
• Investigate and resolve product issues as a key resource.
• Build, deploy, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable code.
• Pay meticulous attention to detail; quickly learn and absorb new technologies.
• Be a strong team player and rapidly adapt to changing business and customer demands.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in a technology-focused role, with a strong understanding of AI/ML concepts and applications.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Proven experience working in an onshore-offshore model; open to working as part of a collaborative high-performing team; adaptable.
• Experience with Agile methodologies, project management tools (Jira), and collaboration platforms.
