Engineering Manager

Key Responsibilities:

Technical Leadership:

• Design and develop complex applications across backend (Java, Spring Boot) and frontend (Angular, React).
• Evaluate architectural decisions for scalability and performance.
• Innovate by staying updated on emerging technologies.

Project Management:

• Oversee the full project lifecycle, ensuring adherence to scope, timeline, and budget.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation.

Team Management:

• Lead and mentor a team of developers and engineers, fostering a collaborative culture.
• Conduct performance reviews and support career development.

Technical Expertise:

• Provide guidance on best practices in code quality, security, and system performance.
• Evaluate third-party solutions against architectural standards.

Quality Assurance and Risk Management:

• Implement quality assurance processes and risk mitigation strategies throughout project lifecycles.

Required Qualifications:

• Experience: 10-15 years in software development; 3-5 years in technical management.
• Technical Skills:
  • Proficient in Java, Spring Boot, Angular, and React.
  • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS) and DevOps practices.
  • Strong understanding of microservices, API design, and system integrations.
• Management Skills:
  • Proven team management and mentoring experience.
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and CI/CD practices
