About the role
As a Solution Engineer, you will collaborate with technical teams from large enterprise customers, including major platforms. Your role involves providing technical leadership and guidance throughout the integration process.
We seek engineers with strong full-stack development skills who can effectively communicate technical concepts and assist customers with smooth integration. This position focuses on working with partners and customers to integrate APIs, ensuring a seamless experience.
In this role, you will drive high-quality integrations, accelerate time-to-live, and be the voice of the customer to influence the product roadmap.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with sales teams to understand customer needs and demonstrate how solutions can address business and technical challenges.
- Serve as the main technical point of contact for large customers during the integration process.
- Develop technical content, such as documentation and diagrams, to help customers with best practices.
- Partner with product teams to address customer feedback and contribute to technical solutions.
- Build proof-of-concept applications and provide technical demonstrations to maximize the customer’s integration experience.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Experience in integrating RESTful APIs into web applications.
- Strong coding skills and eagerness to learn new technologies.
- Background in customer-facing technical roles, such as Solutions Architect or Partner Engineer.
- Familiarity with modern web applications and software architecture.
- Ability to explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Experience in the sales lifecycle and working in a customer-focused environment.
- 3+ years of technical experience with a strong generalist background.
