Responsibilities:
- Design and implement scalable technical solutions, ensuring seamless data integration.
- Lead and mentor a team of solution engineers to solve complex challenges.
- Oversee pre-sales engineering, including feasibility checks and RFQ responses.
- Establish best practices for troubleshooting and root cause analysis.
- Collaborate with product and software engineering teams to develop efficient solutions.
Requirements:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, MCA (Regular) preferably in Computer Science.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
- 5-8 years of experience in programming, system architecture, and databases.
- Proficiency in cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Proven ability to deliver technical solutions on time and manage resources.
- Experience leading teams while contributing as an individual contributor.
- A degree from a top-tier institution in Computer Science, Mathematics, or Engineering is a plus.
