Lead Devops Engineer | GPM

Role Overview:

We are looking for a talented  Senior Devops & SRE Engineer with expertise in CI/CD pipelines, Kubernetes, Monitoring tools, and cloud computing to join a highly collaborative and agile team. Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field

Requirements:

• Extensive hands-on experience with AWS services.
• Proficiency in one programming language (Python, Go, or Shell scripting).
• Familiarity with RDBMS/NoSQL databases like Postgres or MongoDB.
• Experience with Docker, microservices, and cloud-native tools (Kubernetes).

Key Skills

DevOps & SRE Tools:

• Automation: Expertise in tools like CDK, CloudFormation, Terraform.
• CI/CD: Hands-on experience with GitHub Actions, Jenkins.
• Monitoring: Familiarity with OpenTelemetry, Prometheus, Grafana.
• API & Load Balancing: Understanding of REST, gRPC, Protocol Buffers, API Gateway, and Load Balancing.

SRE Specific Skills:

• Reliability & Performance Engineering: Ability to improve system reliability, availability, and performance at scale.
• Incident Management: Experience in incident response and root cause analysis.
• Scalability & High Availability: Expertise in building highly scalable and available systems.

Nice to Have:

• Knowledge of AWS data services such as DMS, Glue, Athena, and Redshift.
• Prior experience in startup environments.
• Experience working with distributed teams.
