About the role

**About GetCrux:** **What we are solving:** We are building an AI Creative Strategist to help marketers create winning ads, starting with Meta. Our AI agents assist in the end-to-end execution of creative strategy: * _Creative Insights_ - learning from creative tests & structuring new experiments * _Audience Research_ - finding the pulse of the audience from comments & organic content * _Ideation_ - converting new learnings into angles and concepts for new creatives * _Creative Generation_ - AI-generated statics and creative briefs that are brand-aligned Just a month since launch, we've already started working with publicly-listed enterprises and some of the fastest moving growth teams in the US. We want to double down on this demand and move into the next scale of growth with help from a high-agency, ambitious, aspiring entrepreneur. **About the team:** We've raised $2.6M in funding from Y Combinator, Emergent Ventures, and senior execs at Google and Meta. Our first product (AI agents for marketing reporting) was recently acquired by a large ad agency for an all cash deal. We are a lean team of 7 and everyone is an IIT grad. **Responsibilities:** You're expected to help the founders: * Create new pipeline:: * Find intent signals & cold reach-outs (LinkedIn, Email, Cold Calls) * Create organic content (LinkedIn posts, blogs) * Find and experiment with new channels (ads, newsletters, SEO, etc.) * Convert existing pipeline: * Setting up custom demos during pilots * Help prospects derive maximum value and troubleshoot product shortcomings * Serve existing customers: * Help customers derive maximum value from new features * Help the product & tech team prioritise customer requirements into roadmap * Long tail of stuff we can't define right away * You'll be part of the founding team and hence will be expected to own a lot of stuff that we can't cover as founders - e.g. helping with hiring, finding a new office, etc. **This role is meant for you if you:** * Have been or want to be a founder in the future * Want to learn how to sell (especially to enterprises in the US) * Have a thick skin, can't take no for an answer * Don't shy away from grunt work Bonus points if you have some interest/background in ads, creatives, marketing OR if you have previously worked in an early-stage startup. Note: We'll prioritise folks coming in with a referral/warm intro.
