Backend Engineer - Trust & Safety and Finance

As a Backend Engineer on the Trust & Safety and Finance team, you will work closely with Product, Operations, Finance, and other engineers to build systems that power critical business functions. Your primary responsibilities will include: - Designing, building, and maintaining backend services that support core business workflows and data analysis. - Working closely with stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into high-quality, scalable solutions. - Participating in the full software development life cycle, from ideation to deployment and monitoring. - Contributing to the evolution of our technical architecture and engineering best practices. - Mentoring more junior engineers and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
