Job details:
Company: SharaSpot
Note: Just going to be a two or three person company... We will share the profits by ourselves
I’m Sarveshwar, founder of SharaSpot...
We are building a product focused on one simple but very real problem: email deliverability and cold outreach performance. Not in theory. In practice. In real inboxes, with real users.
Right now, I’m handling everything on the technical side - product, infra, engineering, systems. That part is covered.
What I’m looking for is someone who can take full ownership of something equally important:
Distribution. Getting the product into the hands of users. Turning attention into actual usage.
What this role actually means
This is not a “growth strategy” role in a corporate sense.
It’s also not a “startup hustle marketer” title.
This is very direct:
- Finding users who actually need SharaSpot
- Reaching out to them through cold email, calls, and direct communication
- Explaining the product clearly and honestly
- Convincing them to try it, and helping them get started
- Iterating on messaging based on real responses
- Building a repeatable system for user acquisition
In short: you are responsible for how the product reaches the world.
About SharaSpot (being transparent)
This is early stage.
There is no hype around “building a unicorn.”
There is no VC roadmap.
There is no obsession with millions of users.
The goal is simple:
Build something stable that reaches ~10,000 real users and generates consistent revenue.
That’s it.
No inflated vision. No unnecessary storytelling.
Reality of the early phase
I want to be upfront:
- For the first 2–3 months, cash flow will be tight
- Systems are still forming
- User base is not built yet
After that, if distribution works, things naturally stabilize as revenue starts coming in.
So this role is for someone who understands early uncertainty and is okay operating in it.
Who this is for
This is not about degrees or titles.
You are suitable if:
- You know how to get users without waiting for permission
- You are comfortable reaching out to strangers and explaining value clearly
- You care about outcomes, not job descriptions
- You can think independently about acquisition channels
- You are okay building from near-zero traction
Student, fresher, professional - none of that matters.
Only one thing matters:
Can you bring users?
What you will not be doing
- You will not be handling technical development
- You will not be managing infrastructure
- You will not be stuck in internal operations unrelated to growth
This is purely distribution and user acquisition.
If this sounds like something you want to take seriously, reach out.
Keep it simple. Tell me how you would approach getting the first 100 users for a product like this. You can dm me directly on Whatsapp to skip the queue. (+91 9790294221)
