Role Overview: In this role, you will provide first-level technical support for Festo’s Electric Automation and Pneumatic product portfolio. You will assist customers with product usage, selection, basic diagnostics, and application-related queries while ensuring high-quality technical assistance and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support for Festo Electric Automation and Pneumatic products, including routine inquiries, product usage guidance, component selection, and recommendations based on catalog specifications and application requirements
- Perform initial diagnostics, identify common configuration or application issues, document cases, and escalate complex problems when required
- Handle routine technical queries, clarify product capabilities, and ensure correct usage of automation components
- Deliver first-level remote support for electromechanical and pneumatic products, including setup verification, parameter guidance, and standard installation checks
- Ensure clear, timely communication with customers while tracking support requests and meeting defined support KPIs to maintain high customer satisfaction
- Continuously enhance product expertise by participating in technical training and staying updated on application knowledge
- Ensure overall customer satisfaction through effective technical support and professional service delivery.
Qualifications:
- B.E. in Mechatronics or Electrical Engineering, with internship or project experience in industrial automation
- Knowledge of automation systems; familiarity with Festo Electric Automation and Pneumatic products is an added advantage
- Basic PLC programming and troubleshooting skills (Mitsubishi, Omron, Siemens, Rockwell) and understanding of industrial Ethernet protocols (Profinet, EtherCAT, Ethernet/IP)
- Strong communication skills, teamwork ability, and a proactive, self-learning mindset with a positive, can‑do attitude.
