Role Description This is a full-time, on-site GET-Operations role based in Gurugram. The role involves supporting day-to-day operations, including monitoring process performance, tracking key metrics, and assisting with continuous improvement initiatives on the shop floor and in back-end operations. The GET-Operations team member will coordinate with cross-functional teams such as production, supply chain, quality, and sales to ensure timely execution of orders and smooth installation or service workflows. Responsibilities include assisting in project planning, documenting standard operating procedures, preparing operational reports, and helping resolve operational bottlenecks. The role also includes supporting vendor coordination, inventory tracking, and contributing to implementation of new tools, systems, and best practices across operations.
Qualifications
- Strong analytical skills, including comfort with data interpretation, basic reporting, and use of spreadsheets or dashboards to support decision-making.
- Effective communication skills to collaborate with internal teams, vendors, and customers, and to document processes clearly and concisely.
- Foundational understanding or interest in sales and customer operations, including order handling, coordinating with sales teams, and supporting customer fulfillment.
- Operations management skills or academic exposure to operations concepts, including process workflows, inventory basics, and quality-oriented practices.
- Project management aptitude, such as task prioritization, timeline tracking, coordination of multiple stakeholders, and follow-through on action items.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, or a related field (recent graduates or early-career professionals are encouraged to apply).
- Proficiency with MS Excel and basic productivity tools; familiarity with ERP or CRM systems is an advantage.
- Ability to work on-site in Gurugram, with a hands-on approach, learning mindset, and openness to working in a fast-paced startup environment.
