About this Position To support and manage daily operations of the adhesive application and testing lab by executing assigned tasks, maintaining equipment performance, and ensuring compliance with safety and operational standards. The role involves handling dispensing systems, supporting automation and robot programming, and providing technical and after-sales support—including installation, troubleshooting, and maintenance—while coordinating with internal teams and customers to ensure efficient and timely resolution of technical issues.
What You´ll Do
- Execute assigned tasks and responsibilities as directed by supervisors and team leads.
- Support day-to-day processes and operational activities of the adhesive dispensing and testing lab.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, internal guidelines, safety standards, and operational procedures.
- Perform equipment upkeep, routine inspection, and preventive maintenance activities to ensure optimal performance.
- Manage Adhesive Application Lab operations, including testing activities and handling/operation of dispensing machines.
- Provide robot programming, automation and integration support.
- Provide technical equipment support to the sales team, including installation, commissioning, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance at customer locations.
- Handle equipment troubleshooting and provide effective after-sales service support to customers.
- Implement and maintain 5S workplace practices to ensure an organized, safe, and efficient work environment.
- Coordinate with internal teams and customers to resolve technical issues in a timely manner
What makes you a good fit
- Educational background- Mechatronics/Electrical/Electronics/Automation & Integration.
- Similar work experience Lab or handling dispensing equipment’s portfolio would be added advantage (not mandatory).
- Languages – Kannada(mandatory), English or Hindi (mandatory) – read/write/speak
- Hands on experience in Eletro-mechanical & pneumatic working environment- Mandatory.
- Basic Programing- Robot & PLC knowledge.
