Role Overview: In this role, you will support and assist customers via email and incoming telephone calls, ensuring their requirements for Festo products and services are met. You will coordinate with internal functions such as Finance, Logistics, and Production to effectively address customer needs.

Key Responsibilities:
- Generate quotations based on customer enquiries using the SAP system.
- Register customer orders in SAP.
- Respond to customer queries and calls regarding quotations, orders, delivery schedules, and dispatch status using SAP, and manage interactions through the CRM system.
- Maintain daily tracking reports as per the provided template.
- Meet globally defined KPIs for individual and team goals.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in science (Physics, Mathematics, or Chemistry)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Intermediate to advanced computer skills with strong proficiency in MS Office.
- Ability to speak Kannada and/or Hindi is an added advantage
