Schedule: Monday – Friday 11:30 a.m. – 8:00 p.m. OR 7a - 330p
Rotating weekends required
Candidates must be 18+ years old
What You’ll Do
As a Stock Associate, you’ll play a key role in receiving, verifying, organizing, and shipping products with accuracy and care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Verify incoming and outgoing shipments by comparing identifying information, counts, weights, and measurements against bills of lading, invoices, and orders
- Unpack and inspect incoming shipments; document shortages or damages and coordinate with shippers as needed
- Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with audits
- Deliver items to appropriate departments and locations
- Review outgoing products to ensure shipments meet company specifications
- Maintain inventory of shipping materials and supplies
- Perform warehouse functions across departments as needed
- Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe
- Follow all quality, safety, legal, and food safety standards
- Conduct daily forklift inspections
- Support additional duties as assigned
Physical Requirements
This is an active role that includes:
- Regular standing, walking, talking, and hearing
- Frequent use of hands for handling tools and materials
- Occasional sitting, reaching, climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, or crawling
- Frequent lifting and/or moving of 50+ pounds
- Close vision, distance vision, color vision, and focus adjustment
