Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a German Tutor, based in Chennai. The German Tutor will be responsible for delivering engaging lessons to students, evaluating progress, and adapting teaching methods to meet diverse learning needs. The role involves preparing course materials, supporting students in improving their German language skills (speaking, writing, listening, and reading), and maintaining a professional and motivating learning environment. The tutor may also collaborate with students preparing for language proficiency exams.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in German language skills, including speaking, writing, reading, and listening.
- Experience in teaching or tutoring German, with a focus on creating interactive and learner-oriented lessons.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with students effectively.
- Ability to assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to support improvement.
- Certification, degree, or diploma in German language or teaching certification is beneficial.
- Familiarity with German language proficiency tests such as Goethe-Zertifikat is a plus.
