About The Opportunity

Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver immersive, results-driven German language training to adult learners targeting C1 proficiency for professional use.
- Design and adapt curriculum modules covering business German, technical terminology, and workplace communication scenarios.
- Conduct live in-person classes with strong focus on speaking, listening, and real-time conversational fluency.
- Assess learner progress through formative evaluations and tailor instruction to individual learning curves.
- Use multimedia tools, role-plays, and industry-specific case studies to simulate real-world German workplace interactions.
- Collaborate with content and product teams to continuously improve course structure, materials, and learning outcomes.
Skills & Qualifications
- Must-Have
- Native or near-native fluency in German (C1 or C2 certified — Goethe, Telc, or DSH accepted)
- Proven experience teaching German to adults, especially in professional or exam-prep contexts
- Strong command of teaching methodologies for language acquisition and communicative competence
- Ability to explain grammar and vocabulary in English for Indian learners
- Experience using digital tools (LMS, Zoom, Google Classroom) for hybrid or blended teaching
- Comfortable delivering structured, high-energy sessions in a classroom setting
- Preferred
- Teaching certification (e.g., CELTA, TESOL, or equivalent for language instructors)
- Experience with learners from IT, engineering, or business domains
- Exposure to German corporate culture or work experience in Germany
