Role Description The German Teacher role is a full-time, on-site position based in Indore. The German Teacher will plan and deliver engaging lessons aligned with international standards, focusing on building students’ language proficiency in reading, writing, listening, and speaking. Daily responsibilities include preparing lesson plans and learning materials, conducting classroom and small-group instruction, assigning and assessing homework and tests, and tracking student progress. The teacher will provide tutoring and extra support as needed, maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment, collaborate with other faculty on curriculum development, and communicate regularly with learners and guardians about academic performance.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong skills in German Teaching and Tutoring.
- Candidates should possess solid Teaching and Education expertise, with experience in classroom management and lesson planning.
- Candidates should possess Training abilities, including the capacity to coach and mentor students toward specific academic goals.
- Proficiency in German language (advanced or native-level) with clear, effective communication skills in English.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in German, Education, Linguistics, or a related field, or equivalent teaching experience.
- Experience teaching school-age or pre-university students, preferably in international or test-prep settings.
- Ability to create inclusive, learner-centered classrooms and adapt teaching methods to diverse learning styles.
- Strong organizational skills, reliability, and willingness to participate in faculty meetings, training, and academic events on-site in Indore.
