Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a German Teacher. The German Teacher will be responsible for developing lesson plans and teaching materials, delivering engaging and effective German language lessons, and evaluating students' progress. Additional responsibilities include tailoring teaching strategies to meet varying skill levels, conducting tutoring sessions for individual students, and providing training to improve language proficiency and fluency.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in German Teaching, including fluency in the German language and an understanding of teaching methodologies
- Experience in general Teaching and imparting knowledge effectively with strong communication skills
- Background in Education, with an ability to plan and execute curriculum
- Skills in Tutoring and providing one-on-one attention to meet individual learning needs
- Experience in training students to achieve language-specific goals
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Bachelor's degree in Education, German Studies, Linguistics, or a related field
- Certification in teaching German as a foreign language (e.g., Goethe-Zertifikat) is preferred
