Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Noida for a German Language Trainer. The trainer will be responsible for conducting engaging and effective German language lessons, delivering well-structured lesson plans, guiding students from A1 to B2 proficiency, and preparing them for interviews and cultural integration. Additional responsibilities include continuous assessment of student progress, offering constructive feedback, and adapting teaching methods to suit diverse learning styles.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Language Teaching, German Language Instruction, and Lesson Planning
- Experience in Teaching and Education roles
- Strong understanding of German Literature and cultural nuances
- Fluency in German at C1 or higher, along with excellent communication skills in English
- Ability to mentor and motivate students to achieve language proficiency and cultural readiness
- Master’s degree in German Language, Education, or a related field, or equivalent certification
- Experience with curriculum development and teaching language at various proficiency levels is a plus
