The Migration Company (TMC) is looking for a passionate and experienced German Language Trainer with C2-level proficiency or certification to deliver high-quality German language training to working professionals.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver structured German language training from A1 to C1 levels, with a strong focus on professional and workplace communication.
- Conduct engaging and interactive online live sessions for adult and corporate learners.
- Provide guidance and support for self-paced learning, including learner activities, practice exercises, and assignments.
- Develop and adapt curriculum, lesson plans, learning materials, and assessments for both live and self-paced learning.
- Provide regular, constructive feedback and individual learning support to help learners achieve their language goals.
- Monitor and track learner progress, attendance, participation, and performance.
- Collaborate with TMC's internal academic and operations teams to ensure training quality and achievement of learning outcomes.
- Adapt teaching approaches to meet the varying proficiency levels, professional backgrounds, and learning needs of adult learners.
Minimum Qualifications & ExperienceCandidates should have:
- C2-level German certification or above from a recognized institution, and/or
- A Master's-level qualification in German, German Language, German Studies, or a relevant field.
- Demonstrated experience in teaching German as a foreign language.
- Experience working with adult learners, working professionals, or corporate learners.
- Strong command of communicative, professional, and workplace German.
- Strong online teaching and digital learning skills.
- Ability to develop structured learning materials and support self-directed learning.
