Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a German Language Trainer at Specular Business Services. The German Language Trainer will design and deliver engaging online lessons for learners at different proficiency levels, focusing on speaking, reading, writing, and listening skills. Responsibilities include creating structured lesson plans and learning materials, assessing learner progress, and providing constructive feedback to support skill development. The role involves adapting teaching methods to diverse learning styles, integrating relevant cultural and business context, and maintaining accurate records of attendance and performance. The trainer will collaborate with internal teams to align training content with business needs and contribute to continuous improvement of language programs.
Qualifications
- Strong Language Teaching and Teaching skills, with proven experience in German language instruction.
- Effective Lesson Planning and Education skills to design structured, goal-oriented learning experiences.
- Background in Literature or German studies that supports advanced language and cultural instruction.
- Excellent command of German (preferably at C1/C2 level) and strong English communication skills.
- Experience delivering virtual or online training sessions using digital tools and platforms.
- Relevant degree or certification in German language, education, or a related field.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting, manage schedules, and meet training deadlines.
- Strong interpersonal skills, patience, and a learner-focused approach to teaching.
