Role Description The German Language Trainer will deliver high-quality language training to learners at various proficiency levels, focusing on practical communication skills and cultural understanding. Day-to-day responsibilities include planning and conducting online classes, preparing lesson plans and teaching materials, assessing learner progress, and providing timely feedback and support. The trainer will design interactive activities, use digital tools to enhance engagement, and adapt teaching methods to individual and group learning needs. The role also involves collaborating with internal teams to align training outcomes with business requirements and maintaining accurate training records. This is a full-time remote role.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Language Teaching and Lesson Planning, with the ability to tailor content for different proficiency levels.
- Demonstrated experience in Teaching and Education, preferably in German language instruction.
- Knowledge of German Literature and culture to enrich lessons and provide contextual learning.
- Advanced proficiency in German (spoken and written), with clear and effective communication skills in English.
- Relevant degree or certification in German language, education, linguistics, or related field.
- Experience delivering online or remote language training using digital learning platforms and tools.
- Strong organizational skills, reliability in meeting schedules, and the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Previous experience training corporate professionals or adult learners is an advantage.
