About the Role
We're looking for a passionate German language trainer to prepare our candidates for the Telc/Goethe exam. You will be central to ensuring students not only clear their language benchmarks but also feel confident and job-ready from day one.
What We Need
• Minimum B2 certification from Goethe-Institut or TELC — C1 preferred
• Proven teaching experience — classroom, coaching, or corporate
• Ability to build and deliver structured curriculum aligned to B1/B2 exam outcomes
• Strong communication in both German and English
• Patient, energetic, and student-first mindset
What You’ll Do
• Conduct German language sessions for batches of international job aspirants
• Track individual progress and adapt sessions to address weak areas
• Prepare students for Goethe / TELC B1–B2 examinations
• Collaborate with the placement team to align training with specific job role needs
• Develop learning materials, mock tests, and real-world practice scenarios
• Stay invested in each student’s journey until they successfully land in Germany
