Hiring: Multilingual Expert (German) | Gurgaon | 1-Year Contract
NIIT Limited is looking for a Multilingual Expert (German + English) to join our team in Gurgaon. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a global environment, supporting training operations and interacting with international stakeholders.
📍 Location: Gurgaon (Sector 34) – Work from Office (5 days)
🕒 Shifts: Rotational (including night shifts)
📄 Employment Type: 1-Year Contract (Extendable based on performance)
💼 Experience: 3–5 Years
🔹 Role Overview
You will be responsible for training coordination, scheduling, and stakeholder communication while managing a blended process (voice + email). The role requires strong organizational skills and fluency in German and English.
🔹 Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate training schedules, events, and logistics
- Manage communication with clients, trainers, and vendors (German & English)
- Handle voice and email queries related to training operations
- Perform LMS activities (enrollments, scheduling, rescheduling)
- Ensure training readiness and smooth execution of sessions
- Generate reports (MIS, Excel-based) and maintain documentation
- Support ticketing, issue resolution, and case management
🔹 Key Requirements
- German language proficiency (B2/C1 preferred)
- Strong English communication skills
- Experience in blended process (voice + non-voice)
- Background in training coordination / LMS / L&D / BPO
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, global environment
