Job Description:


  • Act as the primary point of contact for Service Operations requests at the Frontline Support Desk
  • Perform 16x5 monitoring of the IT infrastructure environment
  • Create and manage CISM tickets based on predefined standard cases
  • Document service requests, incidents, and standard operating procedures (SOPs)
  • Contribute to and maintain the knowledge base on SharePoint
  • Communicate and coordinate effectively with cross-functional teams in India and Germany
  • Troubleshoot and resolve user-reported issues within agreed SLAs
  • Assign and coordinate tickets with Level 2 and Level 3 support teams as required


Required Skills:


  • German Language Proficiency: B2 level certification from Goethe Institute preferred (flexible for candidates with strong communication skills)
  • Prior experience in technical support or handling German-speaking users is highly desirable
  • Strong understanding of IT Service Management (ITSM) processes
  • Good knowledge of ticketing tools and incident management workflows
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
