Job Description:
- Act as the primary point of contact for Service Operations requests at the Frontline Support Desk
- Perform 16x5 monitoring of the IT infrastructure environment
- Create and manage CISM tickets based on predefined standard cases
- Document service requests, incidents, and standard operating procedures (SOPs)
- Contribute to and maintain the knowledge base on SharePoint
- Communicate and coordinate effectively with cross-functional teams in India and Germany
- Troubleshoot and resolve user-reported issues within agreed SLAs
- Assign and coordinate tickets with Level 2 and Level 3 support teams as required
Required Skills:
- German Language Proficiency: B2 level certification from Goethe Institute preferred (flexible for candidates with strong communication skills)
- Prior experience in technical support or handling German-speaking users is highly desirable
- Strong understanding of IT Service Management (ITSM) processes
- Good knowledge of ticketing tools and incident management workflows
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
