Job Title: German Language Expert – AI Personalization Quality EvaluatorRole OverviewWe are seeking a German language expert to evaluate and enhance personalized AI interactions. In this role, you will assess how effectively AI systems understand and respond in German, ensuring accuracy, cultural relevance, and natural language usage.
Key Responsibilities- Design and execute multi-turn conversational prompts (1–5 turns) in German.
- Evaluate AI-generated responses for:
- Language fluency and grammatical accuracy (German)
- Personalization quality and intent alignment
- Identify grounding issues, ensuring responses are factually correct and free from hallucinations.
- Assess cultural relevance and localization in German responses.
- Perform side-by-side (SxS) comparisons to determine the most effective and natural response.
- Write clear evaluation rationales in English or German.
- Verify debug information to ensure correct use of context and data sources.
- Maintain data hygiene practices by clearing evaluation chats regularly.
Required Qualifications- Fluency in German (C1/C2 level or Native proficiency)
- Strong command of English (for reporting and communication)
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) in:
- Linguistics, Translation, Literature
- Journalism, Communication
- Computer Science or related analytical fields
- Excellent analytical and language evaluation skills
Preferred Experience- Experience in:
- AI/LLM evaluation
- Data annotation or localization
- Content moderation or linguistic QA
Engagement Details- Type: Contractor (Short-term)
- Duration: 1 Month
- Work Commitment:Minimum 4 hours/day
- Up to 40 hours/week
- Must overlap at least 4 hours with PST
