Exp – 1 to 12 Years
Location: Bangalore(WFO)
CTC – From 5 to 20 LPA
Shifts - Rotational Shift
Job Description :
Handle customer queries via voice calls in German (and English when required)
Looking for B2 or C1 certified Candidates.
Provide accurate and timely information, support, and solutions to customers
Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by delivering a professional and empathetic experience
Escalate unresolved issues to appropriate departments when needed
