What you’ll do

· Inspect vehicles, identify visible and hidden damage, and determine repair vs. replace

· Write accurate repair plans/estimates for labor, parts, and operations

· Partner closely with the Body Shop Manager/Foreman to align repair approach and production flow

· Complete insurance documentation and support fair claim outcomes

· Communicate professionally with guests and partners while keeping timelines moving
