Digital Marketing Specialist

Summary

As a Digital Marketing Specialist at Optel, you will play a key role in executing and optimizing digital marketing strategies that enhance brand visibility, generate high-quality leads, and drive customer engagement. You will be responsible for managing SEM, SEO, paid media, and digital campaign performance, ensuring alignment with global marketing objectives and business priorities.

Working closely with the Business Unit Marketing Manager, you will develop and implement high-impact digital campaigns that maximize traffic, conversions, and ROI. Your expertise will be instrumental in optimizing ad performance, refining conversion paths, and managing digital budgets to ensure cost-effective outcomes.

Additionally, your deep understanding of search trends, customer behavior, and industry best practices will inform strategies that strengthen Optel’s online presence and competitive edge in the market.

Responsibilities

• Campaign Optimization:
• Plan, execute, and optimize global SEM campaigns across Google Ads, LinkedIn, Bing Ads, and YouTube to achieve lead generation and pipeline KPIs.
• Continuously analyze and refine conversion paths (landing pages, forms, and CTAs) to improve engagement and conversion rates.
• Conduct A/B testing and run experiments to optimize ad copy, targeting, and bidding strategies for better campaign performance.
• Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to maximize ROI and reduce Cost Per Acquisition (CPA).
  
  

• SEO Strategy and Execution:
• Implement SEO best practices to increase organic visibility, ranking, and traffic.
• Conduct thorough keyword research, optimize website content, and perform technical SEO audits to improve search engine performance.
• Collaborate with content and web teams to ensure SEO is integrated across all digital assets.
  
  

• Budget and ROI Management:
• Track, measure, and report on SEM, SEO, and paid campaign performance, ensuring alignment with business goals.
• Optimize digital ad spend to maximize lead generation while improving cost efficiency.
• Identify opportunities to reduce CPA while maintaining or improving conversion rates.
  
  

• Marketing Tech Stack and Operations:
• Manage and optimize the marketing tech stack (e.g., HubSpot, Google Analytics, CRM, automation tools) for efficient lead tracking and reporting.
• Ensure seamless lead flow and attribution tracking between digital campaigns and sales systems.
• (Advantage) Experiment with AI-driven tools and automation to improve campaign efficiency and decision-making.
  
  

• Social Media & Content Support:
• Oversee paid social media campaigns, ensuring audience targeting and messaging align with marketing objectives.
• Collaborate with content and design teams to create engaging ad creatives, landing pages, and email marketing assets.
  
  

• Strategic & Analytical Skills:
• Data-Driven Decision Making – Ability to analyze digital marketing performance, extract insights, and optimize campaigns accordingly.
• Budget & ROI Management – Experience in managing digital budgets, reducing CPA, and maximizing marketing ROI.
  
  

• Soft Skills:
• Collaboration & Cross-Functional Communication – Ability to work closely with business unit marketers, sales teams, content teams, and designers.
• Problem-Solving & Adaptability – Ability to quickly adjust strategies based on performance data and evolving business needs.
• Attention to Detail – Strong focus on accuracy in campaign execution, tracking, and reporting.
  

Skills And Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on experience in digital marketing, with a focus on SEM, SEO, and paid media.
• Proven track record of managing and optimizing digital campaigns to drive lead generation and revenue growth.
• SEM & Paid Media Management – Proficiency in Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, including audience targeting, bidding strategies, and performance tracking.
• SEO Expertise – Strong knowledge of keyword research, on-page SEO, technical SEO, and backlink strategies to improve organic rankings.
• Web Analytics & Performance Tracking – Experience with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and reporting dashboards to analyze campaign effectiveness.
• Marketing Automation & CRM – Hands-on experience with tools like Salesforce for lead management and campaign tracking.
